More than half of the phone calls we receive involve the caller asking us a legal question, and often gets upset when we can’t answer their question. We’ve received bad online reviews because “They don’t know anything about the law!” Do you

February 7, 2020February 7, 2020admin

“Can You Just Stamp This?”

November 23, 2019admin

As notaries we are often asked to “stamp” a document.  Simply putting a notary stamp on a document means absolutely nothing.  We could put our stamp on a coconut, but what does a notarized coconut mean?  It doesn’t make it any more

Notarization Is Only For The Living

September 1, 2019September 3, 2019admin

Complete Documents BEFORE Your Appointment

This is a common misconception:  We do not have to witness clients “filling out” forms.  We only have to witness your signature (if a sworn statement) or have you acknowledge that a signature is your own.  Please have forms completely filled out EXCEPT for the signer’s final signature before coming to our office or before your on-site notary appointment.  We cannot notarize incomplete or blank paperwork.

Client Reviews

Mr. Holden is very professional and so nice. He is very accommodating and his fees are very reasonable. He has helped me out on two occasions. The first time, our family needed him to come to a local hospital. He was so kind and helpful during a sad time for us. The second time, I went to his office on Lee Highway. It was very convenient. I just walked in without an appointment and Mr. Holden was quick and efficient. I highly recommend this service!!

Darleen Runnels
